Sheffield Shidokan Hombu Dojo 2010 Seminar

5^th, 6^th & 7^th March, 2010

I have secured the EIS for the forthcoming seminar with Tadayuki Sato Shihan on the following dates Friday 5th Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th. There will also be the opportunity for any one wishing to be promoted within the JAA Dan system on the Sunday and pay for JAA Menjo. With this last item in mind I think it would be prudent to mention that the relevant authority must be sought from whoever the candidates are affiliated to, before the application is tendered.

An application form can be down loaded which has to be lodged with us two weeks prior to the exam.

There has been a very good response to the Seminar so far from sending out the warning order.

I am currently researching the local guest houses/hotels and will publish a list shortly.

Hello everyone.
This e-mail is to give any interested party early warning that Satoh Tadayuki will be in the UK from 3rd of March until the 11th of March he will be giving a seminar on the 5th 6th and 7th of March in Sheffield at the Shidokan dojo and also teaching at the Kenshinkan dojo.

Satoh Shihan was taught by Tomiki Kenji in the living room of his house every Sunday before tea and so has an in depth knowledge of Tomiki Kenji's system, besides this he is also an accomplished Judoka. Satoh Tadayuki Shihan 6th Dan Aikido 5th Dan Judo was granted Shihan of Waseda University Aikido club in 2007. This position has been vacant since Professor Tomiki's death in 1979. He is an expert in his field and in particular the link between Judo and Aikido. We will be giving updates on our ETAF website for those who are interested.
